Lalaine Castilla

Born and raised in the Philippines, Lalaine moved to Canada when she was 17. With an    educational background in Business Administration and Accounting, Lalaine has   28+ year career as    administrative and operations manager, within both multi-disciplinary and laser dermatology practices.

 

20+years of working at Laserderm, under Dr. Laughlin’s supervision taught Lalaine everything about managing operations of a world-class laser dermatology clinic;   from business development, accounting,  to  developing and mentoring employees and interpersonal coaching, to managing the nitty-gritty details of projects.

 

"When I decided to pursue this journey to be a part of Skin Phi, I didn’t know  exactly  where would this path would take me. One thing I know is that, I am blessed, humbled and honoured to have the opportunity to be doing this with Sunny, Lara and with the support of my family and friends. I’m excited for what God has in  store for us."

 

The past 3 years, Lalaine has reconnected with her love of abstract painting and has been exploring different mediums. "I love the idea of mixing colours, textures and seeing the end result of it."

 

"SKIN PHI is our canvas. I am not afraid to colour outside the lines and am always ready for a new challenge. We have our colours (our values), our brushes (skills and talents) and we are ready to put our own personal touches. We can’t wait for everyone to see what we have created.
