It never ceases to amaze us... the transformative effects of restoring skin to health and clarity.
The combination BBL and Moxi treatment has wow-factor! In a single session we can see so much reduction of photodamage, age spots, spider veins and redness, cherry angiomas, and of course...improve fine skin texture.
Stubborn keratoses could benefit from a subsequent Moxi, and on-going rosacea calls for maintenance BBLs, but we are constantly amazed at how much improvement can be produced even with a single procedure. And Moxi is still the single most effective treatment for fading melasma patches.
We also know the long-term health benefits of these treatments... continued collagen stimulation, changed gene expression of skin cells so they revert back to behaving more like younger, pre-damaged cells, and hopefully fewer pathologies in the future.
Taking the Edge off with Baby Botox

The before and after untouched photos we use to visually document "did we get a good result?" sometimes tell a thousand words.
There is no doubt the refreshing, lifting and shape-enhancing benefits of tasteful Botox injections. Sometimes, especially on a youthful face, we just need to sprinkle little bits of Botox to "take the edge off". This is a great approach to preventing deeper lines, and how to keep things looking as natural as possible, if you want everyone guessing "how do you look so fresh and rested?"
There is no ONE dose of Botox for everyone, like an on-off switch. Your unique anatomy, what personally bothers you, your budget, and even asymmetries from one side to another should be taken into account.
Forehead lines are so misunderstood these days. Some people think the forehead should have none of it, but freezing the forehead so there are no visible lines often over-relaxes the frontalis muscle and can have negative effects (such as brow or lid heaviness). I always ask "do you care about those lines?" and if the answer is no, we don't do anything to relax the forehead lines. It's a personal thing, your face, and you only need to address the issues that personally bother you! The fact is, with age and time we rely more on that lifting action of the forehead muscle to keep our brow and upper eyelid position elevated. So there has to be some acceptance of why forehead lines occur, and why on some anatomy we must never completely efface them. If your upper eyelids are already taking a hit from genetics or ageing (some redundancy of lid skin or drooping), then you NEED your frontalis muscle preserved. So we can soften or take the edge off the harshness or depth of the lines across the forehead, but we have to also let that muscle do it's job- LIFT! Always remember, less is more.
Solutions for Lower Face and Neck Laxity

One of our favourite ways to address concerns of sagging or laxity is the SOFWAVE. Sofwave deploys intense ultrasound waves to just the right depth of skin, where your existing collagen bed gets contracted and new collagen/elastin is stimulated to grow.
A truly no-downtime biostimulatory for firming and lifting the lax skin around the jawline, chin and mouth area. 2 Sofwave sessions are optimal, but this example is before and after 1 treatment.
Laxity of the neck is always a challenge when looking for non-surgical solutions. But our Sofwave results have been consistently impressive, and the overall effect of creating "a better fit" of skin along the jawline, neck and chin areas is the most natural way to rejuvenate.
Botox gift with Juvederm March promotion
Mid-face support of the retaining ligaments of the face is magical when just a little touch of filler helps to reposition and adjust how light hits the midface. (I think Juvederm Voluma performs the best in this area). This very important ligament of the midface has loads of your natural fat pad supporting it in your 20-30s. As we naturally go through some fat resorption with ageing or lifestyle, that ligament shifts- in multidimensional vectors.
The L-Lift we do here is a game changer for two reasons: First, it optimizes the angle and position of the upper cheek where it transitions to the undereye area in such a subtle way, the only thing you see is better light reflectance in that part of the face. You never "see filler". Second, slight shifts of the ligament in strategic anchor spots can actually alter jowl laxity in patients with good skin density. This is why it pairs wonderfully with skin tightening or firming therapies such as with Morpheus8 or Sofwave treatment. Countless patients are living testimony of how subtle and beautiful this low-key correction can be, they are the ones who look effortlessly vibrant and glowy. They certainly don't look like they have "had filler done". L-Lift typically requires 2 or less syringes, so a $1500 investment means 2-3 years of looking like the best version of your refreshed self.
Juvederm Skinvive is also a great way to rehydrate and moisturize from within. Crepey areas of the neck, hands, face can be injected with Skinvive for better bounce and brightness, up to 9-12 months.

Until March 31 Brilliant Distinctions rewards gets you double the points (eligible for up to $240 rebate), and we are also offering 20 units of Botox complimentary when you do 2 or more syringes of any filler (while quantities last).
Looking sooooo forward to my consultation and treatment this month!!
